Steve is a professional Interim Manager with over 20 years experience of successful turnaround and change management activity. He has extensive experience of working in demanding business environments both in Interim Management and as Finance Director of fully listed companies. He has also worked with private equity and venture capital investors.

Steve has extensive experience of manufacturing, distribution and service based businesses in the UK and overseas. He also has experience of the transport and not for profit sectors. He works with businesses with turnover ranging from < £1m to > £100m.

Steve has a keen interest in managing change and in improving the performance of businesses rather than maintaining the status quo.

Steve is a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Turnaround Panel and has worked with, and is recommended by, John Adkins a highly experienced interim manager and a founding member of the Institute For Turnaround.
